This product pulled my hair and absolutely didn't cut it unless I wanted to use the stupid trimmer that extends out which I didn't want to shave my face completely so I tried to tough it out but then ended up getting so mad my wife and I went back to the store to return the item and get a Philips shaver instead. I highly recommend Philips brand products this product is complete trash do not buy this unless your ready to go about getting a refund and not getting your hair cut lol

I received the micro touch solo all-in-one tool as a gift for my birthday and when I open it up the cord was not in the box, and that was the only thing missing, I did get in touch with idea Village by email they responded that someone will get with me shortly but I've never heard anything else

I just came out of the shower I went to use my shaver and it doesn't work when I press the button it blinks and I pressed the button again it blinks but it doesn't come on it worked last week when I got it it's not working now and I called the number and the lady tells me I have to ask my wife where did she buy it as a gift for me I don't understand what's going on with that I mean I'm calling you a company and that I have a thing I had it for Jesus Christ baby 2 weeks the most and it's not working and now I'm having a hard time getting some type of results

I had to return 2 for same issues.returned furst 2 to amazon for failure with 30 days.

Third one lasted long enough so it could not be returned. When it worked it was beautiful

The micro touch only worked briefly after my husband opened the box. I changed the battery to no use.

I think the unit is faulty. I purchased it at BedBath&Beyond about 2 yrs ago but it hadnt been used for more than 2 yrs ago.

Stopped turning on but it worked fine for me so far! I just dont know what went wrong with it but I would recommend it to anyone.
